2. How We Use Your Data & Documents

The primary purpose of collecting your documents is to provide our core service: AI-powered data extraction.

  • Strict Transient Processing: Documents uploaded to DexSheet are processed in-memory. They are securely transmitted to industry-leading AI models, processed, and the extracted text is returned to you.
  • No Long-Term Storage: We do not store the original images or PDFs of your confidential invoices permanently on our servers after the session is closed.
  • Service Improvement: We log basic telemetry (e.g., file types, success/failure rates) to improve system stability and performance.

3. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform:

  • Advanced AI Providers: Used for the actual optical character recognition (OCR) and structured data extraction. Your documents are processed securely and are never used to train public AI models.
  • Payment Gateways: Used to securely process top-ups and credit purchases.

We work hard to protect DexSheet and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold. We restrict access to personal information to DexSheet employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations.
