1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DexSheet platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

DexSheet provides an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered data extraction service designed to convert images and PDF documents (like invoices and bills) into structured CSV data. The service operates on a pay-per-page pre-paid wallet system.

3. Accuracy & AI Limitations (Important)

While we strive for high accuracy using advanced AI models, DexSheet does not guarantee 100% accuracy of the extracted data.

  • The AI may occasionally misinterpret blurry text, handwritten notes, or complex table structures.
  • User Responsibility: It is the strict responsibility of the user to verify the accuracy of the downloaded CSV data before using it for accounting, tax filing, or inventory management.
  • DexSheet shall not be held liable for any financial losses, compliance issues, or damages resulting from errors in the extracted data.

4. Strict No Refund & No Cancellation Policy

All purchases and wallet top-ups made on DexSheet are final. We operate a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.

  • Once credits or cash balance is added to your wallet, it cannot be converted back to fiat currency, refunded, or transferred to another user.
  • Because document processing incurs immediate and irreversible computational costs, we do not offer refunds for credits that have been used to process a page, regardless of the AI's extraction accuracy.
  • By completing a payment, you explicitly waive any right to dispute the charge or request a chargeback based on cancellation or refund desires.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to process illegal, illicit, or unauthorized materials. You must have the legal right to process the invoices and documents you upload to our servers.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
